Shenandoah Living Magazine - Generations Park
A few weeks ago my second article with Shenandoah Living Magazine, titled "Main Street Matters", was published! It was even mentioned on the cover! You will be able to find it in the February/March 2016 issue of the magazine.
The article is on the formation of Generations Park, located in Bridgewater, Virginia. The park is geared toward people of all ages and offers a variety of fun activities for anyone and everyone, from ice skating and food, to concerts and farmers markets.
If you're in the Shenandoah Valley and are interested in reading more about Generations Park, please feel free to pick up a copy, I'd really appreciate it! If anyone has any comments on my article, I'd love to hear your feedback as well!

Shenandoah Living Magazine - Glenhaven Greenhouses
As many of you know from my blog, I am currently a content writer for Shenandoah Living Magazine and had my first article with them published in March of 2015. If you reside in the Shenandoah Valley, there are many areas that you can pick up a copy! For more information on where to find a copy, please visit their website.
My first article with Shenandoah Living Magazine is about Glenhaven Greenhouses, a business owned and run by one of my very close friend's family, and is located in Broadway, VA. This article is very special to me, not only because it's my first professional publication, but also because of the people it's about and the message (I hope) it gets across about the importance of community and helping one another in times of need.
Please pick up a copy if you're in the area! I would really appreciate it!

Veritas - College Newspaper
Some of the projects I have worked on include writing news articles for my college newspaper, Veritas. The stories I have written are published in hard copy and on the Veritas webpage. I have written over fourteen articles for my school's paper. While participating in Veritas I was provided with a wonderful opportunity to get some of my first publications (though unpaid) and to discover that I enjoyed news writing as well as novel writing. This helped me expand my writing resume as well as exposed me to the world of journalism and publishing in a way I had never been before.
